Los indicadores de riesgo un estudiante que recién inicia sus estudios universitarios son relevancia para evitar una posible deserción y abandono en corto plazo. Se presenta modelo preventivo minimiza el porcentaje estudiantes académico asignaturas del primer año es- tudios universitarios, la asignatura Programación inicial. Este trabajo desarrolla metodología investigación empírico-analítica enfoque lon- gitudinal corte cuantitativo. utilizan como datos las calificaciones finales 360 nueve cursos inicial durante tres periodos consecutivos, octubre 2021 a marzo 2022, abril septiembre 2022 2023 utilizaron pre ventivo soporte estudio Carreras Ingeniería Universidad Politécnica Salesiana ciudad Guayaquil, Ecuador. El aprobados logra 85% tercer periodo, mejora 8%. evidencia integración estructural profesores relación con ecosistema recursos didácticos digitales los resultados aprendizaje esperados se situación académico.

This paper investigates perceived institutional support’s (PIS) role mediating co-relationship between academic loyalty inclusive leadership within HEIs.
