This study investigated the training and development needs of early childhood educators for effective instructional delivery in Awka South Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria. Two hypotheses three research questions guided study. Data were collected using a questionnaire titled Training Development Needs Scale (TDNS) was administered to 130 educators. The acquired data examined at significance level 0.05 independent t-test statistic, mean, standard deviation. Son 15 yıl içinde en çok atıf alan yazarlar sırasıyla Ori Eyal, Piety Runhaar, Guy Rot, Karin Sanders Huadong Yang olarak tespit Öne çıkan anahtar kelimeler arasında "liderlik," "öğrenme," "yeterlik," "bağlılık" "profesyonellik" yer almaktadır.
