The solution to the current ecosocial crisis involves changing paradigm of environmental education. It should promote a realistic teaching approach that demands constant reflection and critical thinking. Therefore, this chapter presents strategy for designing transformative activities aimed at early educational levels, along with case as an example. To transform scientific knowledge into teachable knowledge, process didactic transposition is followed, including among its design principles use method activities. proposed example aims students' understanding health role predators in wetlands (One Health approach) through development practices. The teaching of environmental education must change to promote critical, sustainable, and reflective engagement with problems. The One Health approach often reaches classrooms through Environmental Education (EE), which aims to guide society’s response current crises (environmental, health, economic, values). However, traditional EE teaching has focused on isolated ecological concepts and standardised solutions, ignoring the multidimensional nature of failing integrate interdependence between environmental, animal, human health. Moreover, teacher training neglects didactic content knowledge, preventing students from acquiring systemic vision needed address eco-social problems create sustainable solutions aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
