The purpose of this study is to examine the strategies used by Pakistani school principals in both public and private institutions improve teacher motivation. Data were gathered from 150 teachers across three cities Pakistan: Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad. a mixed-methods approach, employing closed-ended open-ended questionnaires for teachers. Additionally, semi-structured interviews conducted with 30 provide deeper insights. Principal component analysis (PCA) inferential statistics quantitative analysis, thematic was qualitative data. results show that schools differ significantly resource allocation, motivational techniques leadership styles. Private more motivated due their greater flexibility, individual support, external recognition programs. Background Studies have shown that perceived self-efficacy can influence teachers’ emotional state, thoughts and behaviours, students’ learning. Research on aquatic educators teaching is both limited essential, as literacy considered a vital component physical literacy, enabling individuals to better interact with environments.
