The use of single-item assessments is increasingly important and popular, as these enable quick real-time in clinical practice or research. In this study we investigated the test-retest reliability mood ("stress", "anxiety", "depression", "fatigue", "loneliness", "being active", "optimism", "happiness"), quality life, immune fitness N = 108 participants. analysis revealed high correlations between (r 0.67 to 0.90), moderate excellent intraclass 0.672 0.889), Bland-Altman agreement all assessments, except for depression. Taken together, it can be concluded that mood, have a good reliability. This strengthens rationale using single item assessments.
