Businesses that use marketplaces sell and trade products customers while increasing their participation through shopping or e-commerce are among sectors take advantage of these situations. The current study set out evaluate level customer satisfaction, trust, service quality application enhance system provide a better experience. Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, Shein, TikTok were five platforms evaluated. Purpose This study aims to investigate how the service quality provided by distribution companies (DISCOs) impacts consumer satisfaction, focusing on mediating role of regulatory effectiveness as governed National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) in Pakistan’s power sector. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research design was used, with data collected via online surveys from domestic electricity consumers five DISCOs Punjab, Pakistan. Data analysis performed using SPSS-25 and SmartPLS-4 software. Findings The results indicate that significantly affects both satisfaction effectiveness, positively relationship between satisfaction. This study aimed investigate service quality bus transits Occidental Mindoro during using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SERVQUAL dimensions. In our increasingly digital world, grasping consumer preferences for internet service providers (ISPs) is paramount. This study was conducted in Occidental Mindoro, Luzon, the Philippines, and surveyed 280 respondents across ten municipalities with 81 in-person online questionnaires. The research focused on twelve latent variables: speed, assurance, tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, data privacy, quality, value-added services, price, customer satisfaction, loyalty. Methods such as Technique Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) were integrated analysis. utilized TOPSIS rank ISPs based Service Quality (SERVQUAL) parameters, followed SEM delve into variable connections affecting preferences, through ANN, behavior loyalty predicted. El presente trabajo evalúa la percepción de calidad del servicio técnico en sistemas distribución eléctrica, centrándose clientes residenciales zonas urbanas y suburbanas. Utilizando un modelo ecuaciones estructurales (CB-SEM) con análisis multi-grupo, se existencia diferencias significativas las percepciones ambos grupos.
