The role of social influence (SI) as a determining factor in accepting new technologies has been addressed several studies using the initial or extended technology acceptance model (TAM). This research uses an adaptation (TAM) to analyze behavioral intention Romanian consumers regarding use energy efficiency smart solutions (EESS) under effect influence. Data were processed with structural equation modeling technique (PLS-SEM). sample consisted 302 domestic electricity Romania. study’s findings show that respondents’ perceptions two dimensions—network friends, colleagues, family (SI_FF); and public space (SI_PS)—and their effects on other conceptual variables are significantly different. main implications highlight proposed addresses levels (SI_FF SI_PS), not only differences users’ perceptions, but also directions which efforts promote these should be focused more intensively, context implementing European policies reduction consumption at level household consumers. The current study investigates how perceived risks and trust factors affect customers' intentions to use mobile payment applications that utilize near-field communication (NFC) technology. author created a conceptual model includes five elements: intention use, risk, process-based trust, characteristics-based institution-based trust.
