Abstract Purpose The textile industry’s previous chemical use resulted in thousands of practical particulate emissions, such as machine component damage and drainage system blockage, both which have implications. Enzyme-based processing is cost-effective, environmentally friendly, non-hazardous, water-saving. purpose this review to give evidence on the potential activity microbial cellulase industry, mostly confined realm research. Methods This was progressive by considering peer-reviewed papers linked production, its prospective application for industries appraised produced develop assessment. Articles were divided into two categories based results trustworthy educational journals: methods used produce diversity microorganisms through fermentation processes approaches microbes fermentation. Submerged (SMF) solid-state (SSF) techniques are currently being meet industrial demand production bio industry. Results Microbial vital increasing day due no side effect environment human health becoming increasingly important. In conventional processing, gray cloth subjected a series treatments that involved breaking dye molecule’s amino group with Cl − , started accelerated dye(-resistant) bond cracking. A enzyme primarily derived from variety species found various ecological settings biotextile/bio-based product technology future needs applications. Conclusion Cellulase has been advantages cellulose-based textiles, well quality enhancement fabric maintenance over traditional approaches. Cellulase’s role industry chosen an appropriate sound solution long healthy lifestyle.

An economy based on renewable energy sources is the hallmark of responsible companies. Climate policy and crisis commitments have led to a search for alternative ways produce energy. Bioenergy considered most consistent source due its economic environmental benefits. Biogas biomethane are promising forms derived from widely available evergreen raw materials. Agricultural, animal, industrial food wastes excellent substrates used clean sustainable in circular context. Their conversion into biogas through anaerobic digestion (AD) process an efficient solution treatment waste different origins. The production use favor important advantages, such as reduction greenhouse gas emissions compared with those deriving conventional fossil fuels. This review would like highlight modern trends approaches evaluate processes strategies control production. In particular, livestock reuse by-product fertilizer, well potential development prospects improvement optimization sources, discussed.

Circular economy and sustainability are pivotal concepts in the discourse on synergies between economic growth environmental impact. As resource scarcity degradation intensify, advancements energy conversion technologies become crucial for a sustainable model. Currently dependent fossil fuels, global must shift to framework focused bioenergy. Biomass, renewable source, offers promising solution by converting waste into valuable resources, reducing impact, creating opportunities. Biofuels bioproducts can meet needs while greenhouse gas emissions addressing warming. Recent advances biofuels, supported initiatives policies, promote more production. This paper aims highlight potential of biomass meeting contemporary demand provides an overview biofuels their production as alternative fuels. It also explores future agriculture sectors, emphasizing challenges competition food fuel feedstocks.

Abstract Anaerobic digestion constitutes a sustainable method for waste management and renewable energy generation, addressing significant environmental societal challenges. The growing global crisis the increasing momentum toward solutions emphasize critical need to enhance anaerobic technology improved efficiency advantages. This process mitigates accumulation, enhances security, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, providing feasible solution within framework of circular bioeconomy. Here, we review principles biogas production, focusing on agricultural utilization framework. We specifically explore applications in rural industrial settings, assess impacts, discuss regulatory landscape with insights from China Europe. study reveals that strategic implementation can markedly improve yield sustainability, demonstrating how focused policies advanced technological practices optimize utilization. comprehension emphasizing Europe as key examples.

The challenges related to climate policy and the energy crisis caused search for alternative ways of obtaining energy, one essential tasks faced by scientists political decision-makers. Recently, much attention has been paid biomethane, which is perceived as a substitute natural gas. Compared traditional combustion biogas in cogeneration units (CHP), upgrading it form biomethane can bring both environmental benefits (reduction GHG emissions) economic (higher efficiency use contained biomass). purpose this review was comprehensive assessment conditions opportunities developing sector EU face generated crisis. article reviews condition market European Union, focusing on such issues production technologies, current future supply demand costs with particular emphasis processes financial support systems used countries. showed that situation recently begun change rapidly. However, share meeting needs gas remains small. Moreover, available expert studies indicate significant development potential, desirable because need increase security reasons. will require organizing legal environment creating transparent system incentives.

This work investigates how the circular economy (CE) and renewable energies (REs) were contextualised over 23 years of scientific research, comprising period between 2011 2023. The following questions are addressed: 1) topics CE REs related? 2) what research trending around these concepts? A collection 751 articles from Scopus was obtained. documents contained at least one investigated terms (CE or REs) in either title, abstract keywords. Our results disclose most similar documents, leading characteristic for each year, indicating that has been growing importance recent years. Concepts such as 'biomass digesters', 'energy transition', 'microalgae technology' 'sustainable consumption' positioned main fields. intends to serve a reference readers seeking insights about systematic literature reviews areas time chatbot boom.

The scaling up of renewable gases is now being presented as a critical and effective component the EU's long-term decarbonization strategy. Yet, support schemes implemented for biogas biomethane are far less studied than ones dedicated to power generation (e.g., solar or wind). This work bridges this gap by reviewing supporting policies in EU conducting retrospective comparative analysis mechanisms Germany, Denmark, Italy. based on primary data extracted from policy statements that have been harmonized. Results show incentivizing supply side lowers risk associated with early investments market development. Conversely, they highlight inhomogeneity among countries accounting demand end-use their policies. Finally, point at availability feedstock geographic economic structure country factors influencing development gases. stresses value mix promoting energy mix, it hinges importance scrutinizing sectoral massification, novel business models, infrastructure integration, enhanced financial accessibility improve competitiveness advancement within landscape.
