This paper introduces an innovative model designed to predict the optimal product prototype within framework of sustainable development. The takes into account both quality and environmental impact throughout entire life cycle product, with a specific focus on light electric vehicles. By incorporating customer expectations using Weighted Sum Model, assesses vehicle based importance various criteria. Employing evaluations guided by Pareto-Lorenz rule, for prototypes is modeled. resulting Quality-Environmental Indicator LCA (QLCA) facilitates qualitative analysis, aiding in selection that align expectations. proves effectivein guiding decisions related development, providing comprehensive approach evaluating value. Notable contributions scientific community include introduction QLCA model, which integrates assessments, underscores significance open innovation, sensitivity analysis organizational adaptation. Future research directions involve adapting larger samples, exploring production costs, assessing its applicability across diverse industries contexts enhance universality practical implications.

The idea of sustainable development (SD) forces companies to combine the quality products with simultaneous care natural environment. These actions should start product design process. aim study was create a modified method Quality Function Development (QFD-CE), which will support new or improve existing on market. In proposed integrates techniques such as: SMARTER method, brainstorming (BM), selecting team experts, kinship diagram, fixed sum scale, and Likert scale. A novelty compared traditional QFD methodology is that goals are set not only based customer expectations, but also considering impact originality this proposition comes practical inclusion including sustainability criteria. can be used in focused caring for QFD-CE test performed photovoltaic panels (PV). One of the global ecological problems is excessive carbon dioxide emissions generated by vehicles in transport sector, including passenger transport. Therefore, objective this investigation was to develop a model that supports prediction vehicle variants will be satisfactory customer terms of: (i) quality level and (ii) environmental impact throughout life cycle. This developed with following techniques: TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution), LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), SMARTER (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), Pareto–Lorenz, Multi-Criteria Decision Method rule (7 ± 2). A test carried out production electric BEV (battery vehicle) which cycle assessment were estimated. Vehicle levels ranged from 0.15 0.69, weight 0.75. However, scores estimated range 0.25 0.57, 0.25. Ultimately, vehicles’ 0.18 0.62. As result, it shown on basis various modifications corresponding impacts their cycle, possible predict variant most and, at same time, environmentally friendly.
