With the upcoming implementation of amendment to Regulation (EU) 2019/631 European Parliament and Council, from 2035 there will be a ban on registration new vehicles with internal combustion engines (ICE) in Member States Union (EU). Consequently, changes transportation sector, resulting increasing use electric vehicles, appear inevitable. According adopted legal acts, obliged develop, among others, charging infrastructure access public stations for vehicles. As result, need ensure significant increase power number determine their appropriate location. The article presents challenges faced by station operators difficulties related further development vehicle Poland. still poorly developed especially service areas located along main communication routes, remains obstacle electromobility. In context legal, financial, technological, organizational challenges, problem proper distribution routes is therefore particular importance. aim present new, proprietary method determining location Poland within Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T), which considers objective factors: adherence AFIR requirements, specificity Polish system existing parking infrastructure. result using method, list 188 recommended locations construction (TEN-T) was created. It has been shown this way that presented enables suitable determination transport considering technological significantly facilitate operation zero-emission transport.
