Plate
heat
exchangers
have
the
advantages
of
high
transfer
coefficients
and
compact
structures,
they
are
widely
used
in
aerospace,
nuclear
power,
other
fields.
Nevertheless,
several
scalability
challenges
emerged
during
utilization
process.

not
addressed
promptly,
issue
will
reduce
efficiency,
consequently
causing
energy
waste,
diminished
production
capacity,

shortened
lifespan.

employed
long
short-term
memory
(LSTM)
algorithm
model
multi-layer
perceptron
(MLP)

monitor
health
status

exchangers.

prediction
accuracy

ensemble

study
aims

test
the
usage
of
econometric
and
machine
learning
approaches
relationship

methane
(CH4),
a
hydrocarbon
component
natural
gas,

emission,
GDP
economic

financial
development
(FIN),
medium
high
technologies
information
technology
(ICT)
human
(HDI).

two
extended
moderating
effect
models
index
via

emissions
over
15-year
periods

2007
2021
for
27
EU
economies.
Results
indicate
that

considered
solely,
ICT,
HDI
improve
environmental
quality
contribute
climate
change
mitigation,

emissions,
whereas

damage
quality.

ICT
with
HDI,
FIN,

mitigation.
