Environmental sustainability remains a critical challenge in the face of global economic development. This study explored complex interactions among renewable energy consumption, urbanization, trade openness, and development, focusing on their effects environmental quality 34 high-income European Asian economies from 1970 to 2022. Using linear Bayesian regression Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), analysis examined short- long-term impacts uncover nuanced relationships. Results demonstrated that development contributed degradation over long term while mitigating it short term. Renewable consumption supported growth but showed limited efficacy reducing ecological footprints across different time frames. Urbanization openness emerged as significant drivers degradation, emphasizing need for targeted policy interventions. link progress sustainability, identified key areas improvement urban planning, energy, policies. The findings provide framework policymakers balance with preservation.

Plate heat exchangers have the advantages of high transfer coefficients and compact structures, they are widely used in aerospace, nuclear power, other fields. Nevertheless, several scalability challenges emerged during utilization process. If not addressed promptly, issue will reduce efficiency, consequently causing energy waste, diminished production capacity, a shortened lifespan. In this study, we employed long short-term memory (LSTM) algorithm model multi-layer perceptron (MLP) to monitor health status plate exchangers. This was achieved by fine-tuning hidden layers neurons models. The individual exhibiting highest prediction accuracy incorporated into more sophisticated ensemble study revealed that MLP 2 × 64 + LSTM accuracy, scoring 0.9942. According simulation program for exchangers, fouling thermal resistance determined be 0.0003 m2·K/W when exchange efficiency decreased 50%. An early warning threshold established within condition value (HCV), triggering an alert exchanger fell below Combining algorithms provides new ideas technical support assessment maintenance

The current study aims to test the usage of econometric and machine learning approaches relationship between methane (CH4), a hydrocarbon component natural gas, as proxy carbon emission, GDP economic growth, financial development (FIN), medium high technologies information technology (ICT) human (HDI). This observes two extended moderating effect models index via on emissions over 15-year periods from 2007 2021 for 27 EU economies. Results indicate that when considered solely, ICT, HDI improve environmental quality contribute climate change mitigation, reducing emissions, whereas seems damage quality. However, crossed effects ICT with HDI, FIN, were in estimations, results pointing out those favorably affect mitigation. Jointly considering proves have synergistic promoting health than each element its own. Green yellow countries also identified revealing which reduction increase, respectively, value is predicted after three years. In case entire panel, STR (linear regression tree) algorithm predicts an average growth around 3.64%. Important policy directions are drawn obtained.
