Introduction This study examines the distribution of 186 Chronic Hyperplastic Candidiasis (CHC) cases verified by biopsy within oral cavity, focusing on prevalence in tongue (72 cases) versus other locations (114 cases). Methods Utilizing Random Forest Regressor (RFR), a robust machine learning algorithm, we analyze 16 unique risk factors to predict CHC incidence tongue. Linear regression is employed evaluate model's performance. Results The RFR demonstrates high accuracy predicting presence various sites. highlights impact and importance CHC's location cavity for tailored diagnostic treatment approaches. findings suggest Regressor's potential as tool healthcare professionals early identification diagnosis CHC, enhancing disease understanding improving patient care. Conclusion proves effective occurrence different areas. clinical significance Machine Learning method usage lies optimal evaluation true pathogenetic their relation patterns development Notably, most patients were non-smokers (63.9%), female slightly outnumbered males (54.2%), challenging common association with male smokers. A significant exists between gastroesophageal reflux (p=0.01), similar trend noted thyropathy lingual lesions compared (p=0.09). These underscore necessity clinicians consider negative cultivations (20.8% cases), ensuring comprehensive treatment.
