This study explored the relationship between teacher job stress and burnout using a sample of 558 primary secondary school teachers, who were administered with scale, work-family conflict questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale. The results showed that: (1) had significant predictive effect on burnout; (2) played mediating role in (3) was found to play moderating burnout. However, this indirect stronger for teachers high self-efficacy, which means that protective effects limited. These findings add research burnout, provide ideas balance relationships reduce

Home-based remote work becomes increasingly popular. The facets of work, especially working from home, are multifaceted and can become stressors that affect a person’s health. At the same time, self-efficacy is an important personal resource to deal with health-related stressors. objective this study therefore explore relationship between (SE), work-related stress (WRS), health outcomes (health anxiety), contributing factors (autonomy experience) work-family conflict (WFC) in setting. Using PLS-model (partial least square) sample n = 5163 responses, we found SE significantly reduces WRS (β −0.164; p < 0.001). Moreover, WFC increases anxiety, while mediates (anxiety: β −0.065; 0.001; health: −0.048; autonomy 0.260; 0.001) experience 0.215; increase SE. Similarly, effects test this model by collecting two-wave data from 220 professionals using PLS techniques. Findings Social significant impacts overload, but not turn, significantly Multitasking was found to Furthermore, study results suggest attenuates reinforces Originality/value Most prior literature focused students rather than professionals. There is lack research how relate mitigating mechanisms fatigue has been rare. fills these important gaps.

However, relationship between academic burnout formal not been well explored previous studies. Therefore, present study explores whether to what extent suffered by students triggers there are factors buffer effects on thus filling gap current research. Using self-reported data 618 college central China through convenience sampling, this paper used hierarchical linear regression test direct effect burnout. Three moderation was conducted reveal role 3 interesting (academic buoyancy, presence duration) play We triggered learning, while relieve duration cannot against caused loneliness. Loneliness should be ignored, as can cause different degrees no matter learners high or low buoyancy presence. Future research continue investigate how alleviate learning.
