Abstract
Background
Measurement
of
UK
food
insecurity
has
historically
been
inconsistent,
making
it
difficult
to
understand
trends.
This
study
contributes
by
reporting
and
analysing
data
from
a
national
survey

(FAO)
recommendations

methods,

an
internationally
comparable
pre-coronavirus
