Abstract Background Cow manure is not only an agricultural waste, but also organic fertilizer resource. The application of a feasible practice to mitigate the soil degradation caused by overuse chemical fertilizers, which can affect bacterial diversity and community composition in soils. However, our knowledge, information about tea plantation applied with cow fertilization was limited. In this study, we performed one field trial research response compared urea using high-throughput sequencing technique 16S rRNA genes, analyzed relationship between characteristics during different tea-picking seasons Spearman’s rank correlation analysis. Results results showed that communities were dominated Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Acidobacteria Actinobacteria across all seasons. Therein, there significant differences soils (CMF) (UF) three seasons: relative abundance Bacteroidetes CMF significantly higher than UF CK spring, Proteobacteria autumn. So, distribution dominant phyla mainly affected fertilization. fertilization, highest summer. Moreover, pH, OM AK important environmental properties affecting structure plantation. Conclusions Although fertilizers microorganisms, improve bacteria, effectively regulate more suitable for

Using high-throughput sequencing, this study aimed to explore the response of soil microbial community and Chinese baby cabbage yield reduction chemical fertilizers combined with bio-organic fertilizer. Our experiments consisted conventional fertilizer (CK), 30% + 6,000 kg/ha (T1), 9,000 (T2), 40% (T3), (T4). Compared CK, diversity richness were higher for all treatments added Principle coordinate analysis (PCoA) showed that bacterial fungal communities in T2 T4 similar each other. Redundancy Spearman's correlation analyses physicochemical properties revealed reductions rate had a stronger impact on than community. They also increased relative abundance dominant phyla. was relatively under plus reduced showing highest yield. Therefore, approach is feasible sustainable agricultural, cost-effective profitable crop production. IMPORTANCE Chemical are commonly used agriculture, though may be more efficient. We found mixture moderately effective alone, as it raised Further, presence enhanced overall physicochemistry, well improved beneficial diversity. Thus, we combination sustainably & cost-effectively improves quality.

The return of agricultural waste to the field is one most effective strategies increasing crop yield, improving soil’s physicochemical properties, and soil rhizosphere environment. In present study, sheep manure (SM), cow (CM), tail vegetable (TV), mushroom residue (MR), corn straw (CS) were used as raw materials, no fertilization (CK1) local commercial organic fertilizer (CK2) treatments controls. Eight composts set up using specific mass ratios different compost materials. After fermentation, experiments conducted determine cabbage conditions. eight increased matter nutrient contents significantly. Among fermentation formulas, T6 (CM:CS:TV:SM = 1:1:2:6), T7 (MR:CS:TV:SM T8 (CM:MR:CS:TV:SM 1:1:1:2:5) relatively effective. Therefore, high-throughput sequencing was performed on T6, T7, T8, CK1, CK2. exhibited relative abundance Proteobacteria, Actinomycetes, Firmicutes, while Acidobacteria decreased. addition, Ascomycota’s Basidiomycetes’ decreased, oil chytrid mortierella increased. microbial community structure affected significantly by pH, electrical conductivity, available potassium, nitrogen, matter. general, three yield fertility, structure. them, had significant effect optimal formula for use a fertilizer, it could facilitate sustainable development.
