The aim of this scoping review is to synthesize the available evidence on prevalence rates healthcare workers being victims violence perpetrated by patients and visitors in Italy. PubMed, Scopus, Web Science CINAHL were systematically searched from their inception April 2021. Two authors independently assessed 1182 studies. All scientific papers written English or Italian reporting primary quantitative and/or qualitative data aggression sexual harassment toward Italy included. Thirty-two included review. extracted summarized a narrative synthesis organized following six thematic domains: (1). Methodology study design; (2). Description violent behavior; (3). Data were collected two phases. first phase, sent 300 research questionnaires received 251 responses. second after three-month interval, 200 162 However, over phases, total 413 questionnaires; 43 discarded. Therefore, for analysis, 370 questionnaires. data analyzed using structural equation modeling through SmartPLS 3.2.2. We applied PLS-SEM (partial least squares structural equation modeling) to measure effects. outcomes showed that influenced academic institutions. Toxic environment correlates with Cognitive distraction also mediates relationship between Similarly, concluded might increase adds literature field Furthermore, it offers valuable practical implications along recommendations for future research.

This study proposes a model based on social contagion theory to evaluate the impacts of authentic leadership employee work engagement (WE) and trust in leader (TL), integrating mediating effect TL moderating workplace well-being (WW). Authentic is disaggregated into its subscales: relational transparency (RT), internalized moral perspective (IMP), balanced processing (BP), self-awareness (SA).Dubai hotel employees completed 476 surveys. Applying bootstrapping technique, SmartPLS 4 software was utilized test hypotheses mediation model. The findings indicate (1) that three subscales (RT, IMP, BP) positively impact WE; (2) RT, SA TL; (3) (4) mediates relationship between SA, (5) WW moderates BP, WE.Authentic are proven be an excellent tool for achieving WE TL. crucial effective operation, as it acts mediator WE. two but does not interact Both researchers managers can benefit from these new findings, which also provide foundation build future investigations.
