This study proposes a model based on social contagion theory to evaluate the impacts of authentic leadership employee work engagement (WE) and trust in leader (TL), integrating mediating effect TL moderating workplace well-being (WW). Authentic is disaggregated into its subscales: relational transparency (RT), internalized moral perspective (IMP), balanced processing (BP), self-awareness (SA).Dubai hotel employees completed 476 surveys. Presenteeism, the act of coming to work while ill, is a prevalent issue among nurses, potentially affecting both nurse health and quality patient care. Ethical leadership by managers may play critical role in reducing presenteeism nurses. This study aimed determine extent which nurses' perceptions their managers' influence behavior Additionally, explored how these two concepts affected socio-demographic characteristics.
