This study examines trends in digital literacy research within higher education from an Islamic perspective while identifying opportunities for its development. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 188 articles were sourced Scopus, Sinta 1, and 2 databases, with 37 published between 2019 2024 meeting the inclusion criteria analysis. Guided by PRISMA framework, review ensured validity reliability of findings, bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer 1.6.20. The revealed sharp increase publications during 2021, attributed to rapid transformation amid COVID-19 pandemic. However, it also highlighted significant gap integrating technology, despite potential improve learning outcomes quality. majority originated Indonesia, China, Russia, both quantitative qualitative approaches dominating methodologies. Abstract Local citizens’ perceptions of their own cities are often neglected when assessing cities’ performance. Using the perceived international image and collective pride in Hong Kong as entry point, this article aims to discover relationship between trust public authorities urban technologies. Four angles investigation developed: impact promotion on local pride; attitudinal demographic characteristics proud citizens; linkage with trust, digital trust. Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted delivery of health care services worldwide. We examined the impact on clinics participating in Veterans Affairs (VA) Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) program, rolled out nationally October 2019, to improve access at under-resourced VA or “spoke” sites through telehealth delivered by regional “hub” sites. Objective To assess whether CRH program was associated with increased primary care, we compared use primary, emergency, and inpatient that adopted for (CRH-PC) did not adopt CRH-PC, pre-post onset.
