The aim of our study was to investigate the association between lifestyle behaviors and symptoms depression anxiety during COVID-19 pandemic in Canada. A web survey conducted July 3–August 3, 2020, across main outcomes considered were a positive screening for depression, as evaluated by PHQ-2 anxiety, GAD-7. Lifestyle assessed using Short Multidimensional Inventory Evaluation—Confinement (SMILE-C), an instrument adapted pandemic. total sample size included 404 participants, which 24.3% had screen 20.5% 15.5% both. (1) Background: The aim of the study was to investigate how COVID-19 pandemic impacted mental health and quality life male female physical therapy students at European University Madrid. Abstract The 2019 coronavirus pandemic forced the shift to distance education aggravating mental and physical vulnerabilities of undergraduate students, including sleep. This review aims describe sleep problem rates prevalence, pattern disruption, duration, quality, insomnia symptoms, psychological socio‐economic factors affecting undergraduates in 22 countries. A systematic search for articles published from 2020 2021 using ‘COVID‐19,’ ‘Coronavirus,’ ‘Pandemic,’ ‘Sleep,’ ‘Mental Health,’ ‘Students’ PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane yielded 2550 articles, where 72 were included. Background: Lifestyle Medicine (LM) aims to address six main behavioral domains: diet/nutrition, substance use (SU), physical activity (PA), social relationships, stress management, and sleep. Digital Health Interventions (DHIs) have been used improve these domains. However, there is no consensus on how measure lifestyle its intermediate outcomes aside from measuring each behavior separately. We aimed describe (1) the most frequent domains addressed by DHIs, (2) changes, (3) DHI delivery methods. Los estilos de vida influyen significativamente en la salud física, mental y el bienestar general. Este estudio cuantitativo se centró los estudiantes del Colegio Carmen Mora Encalada-Ecuador, evaluando sus mediante un cuestionario que abarcó parámetros salud, ejercicio físico, autoestima, estrés, consumo tabaco, alcohol sexual. El objetivo fue determinar saludables segundo bachillerato colegio Encalada. La muestra incluyó 63 estudiantes, cuyas respuestas fueron analizadas para identificar patrones necesidades específicas. 58.7% población tiene peso normal, siendo más prevalente mujeres 16 años. 22.2% está bajo 6.3% presenta obesidad. 11.1% calificó su como excelente, mientras 20.6% percibió calidad igual manera. Un 31.7% regular. niveles estrés 1 3 comunes, nivel autoestima 2 frecuente. practica dos veces por semana, pero 17.5% no realiza ninguna actividad física. 49.2% nunca ha fumado 65.1% consume una o menos al mes. 46% tenido relaciones sexuales 85.7% conoce algún método anticonceptivo. resultados subrayan importancia recomendar estrategias políticas entorno académico promover hábitos saludables, física educación Estas medidas mejorarán contribuyendo a desarrollo integral éxito académico.
