Background: Psychological impact of COVID-19 pandemic on health care workers (HCWs) is a burning issue that needs to be taken with utmost importance. The main objective this study was assess depression, anxiety and stress among HCWs at tertiary hospital dedicated for while fighting the ongoing second wave Covid. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional conducted 245 COVID in July August 2021, after IRC approval informed written consents. Convenient sampling method applied. Depression, scale (DASS) 21 semi structured proforma were utilized. All statistical calculations done by STATA 15.1. Frequency percentage calculated as statistics baseline characteristics. Results: Depression observed 22.86%, 50.61% 15.51%. Stress highest nurses (18.18%), followed clinicians (16.36%). Anxiety seen (63.64%) pharmacists (60%). highly prevalent (26.57%) compared (24.45%) laboratory staff (6.67%). Conclusions: Despite developments knowledge, management, exposure experience since first wave, has affected workers. Therefore, mental have maintaining better effective healthy workforce service delivery.

Abstract Background The aim of this cross-sectional study was to evaluate the course self-reported mental distress and quality life (QoL) physicians, working in outpatient care (POC).
