COVID-19 pandemic is a global public health emergency that has greatly impacted the systems and people‟s lives worldwide. With its relatively high rate of infection mortality, can worsen feelings anxiety stress among Healthcare Workers (HCWs). The aim this survey was to assess prevalence workforce burnout during response in Ethiopia. study employed institution-based qualitative, cross-sectional with structured design based on validated tool MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey). During the COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare workers have a high workload and been exposed to various psychosocial stressors. This study aimed evaluate health during pandemic in world. The method used this research is qualitative with literature review approach. data sources were taken from Scopus database using keywords "health workers," "burnout," AND "coronavirus" time range of 2020 April 25, 2022. From determination range, 150 documents emerged. revealed that Pearson correlation between total burnout scale scores on workers, professionals, exhaustion, mental, stress, personal, depression, symptoms, emergency, system, job, impact indicated overall associated depression anxiety. Six databases were searched: MEDLINE (Ovid), PsycINFO Embase CINAHL, Scopus, Web Science, for studies in providers, English from the peak pandemic 2020 2023. To expand search, reference lists included hand searched locate additional relevant studies. primarily focused nurses, physicians, other allied professionals. This scoping registered Open Science Framework (OSF), using Preferred Reporting Items Systematic reviews Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) extension review. From 11,715 search results, 24 met inclusion criteria. Findings are presented four themes: prevalence fatigue; antecedents consequences interventions address potential grouped under individual-, organization-, systems-level factors. Emergency medical service (EMS) professionals often experience work stress, which escalated during COVID-19. High job demand in the EMS profession may lead to progressive decline physical and mental health. We investigated prevalence of psychosocial stress three levels EMS: basic, advanced, paramedic, before COVID-19 pandemic. (n = 36) were recruited from agencies following Institutional Review Board approval. Participants took surveys on demographics, personal characteristics, chronic diseases, schedules. Job indicators, namely effort-reward ratio (ERR) overcommitment (OC), evaluated survey questionnaires using imbalance model.
