Latarbelakang: Kemajuan teknologi dijaman sekarang ini memudahkan berbagaii prosesssemakin cepat, efektif, dan tidak pperlu waktu lama. Internet merupakan cara yang efektif untuk mengurangi keterbatasan serta menjembatani pemberian berbagai layanan kesehatan, termasuk kesehatan mental. Intervensi mental berbasis internet dapat dilakukan memfasilitasi pelayanan bagi mereka membutuhkan. Tujuan: Tujuan dari studi menggambarkan Kesehatan internet. Metode: Metode digunakan dalam penelitian adalah literatur. Pencarian sumber telaah dibatasi pada literatur dengan tahun publikasi antara 2018-2022. Hasil: artikell tiga basis data daring (Pubmed, ProQuest Google Scholar) menghasilkan 379 artikel, kemudian diekstraksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi 11 artikel sesuai topik dianggap layakk dianalisis. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan intervensi berbasisi meningkatkan mental, menurunkan tingkat stress, depresi, cemas gangguan lainnya
