Stress related to working conditions, or work-related stress, is the way in which body reacts different situations, causing a physical psychological imbalance. (1) Objective: The objective was to analyze the development of psychiatric pathologies/burnout syndrome and their possible risk factors in teachers context COVID-19 pandemic. (2) Methods: A qualitative systematic review carried out, according PRISMA protocol, PubMed, Scopus, Web Science databases using a combination following descriptors [MeSH]: “mental health”, disorders’’, “covid-19” “school teachers’’. Articles selected were written English, Portuguese Spanish, published between November 2019 December 2022. (3) Results: most common pathologies generalized anxiety disorders depression. Burnout also quite prevalent. Of 776 articles identified, 42 after applying eligibility criteria. Although there is variability among analyzed studies, correlated with increased morbidity were: (i) being female; (ii) age below fifth decade life; (iii) pre-existence chronic or illnesses before pandemic; (iv) difficulty adapting distance education model; (v) family/work conflicts; (vi) negative symptoms caused by (4) Conclusions: Therefore, impact on mental health appears be more female life pre-existing comorbidities. Introducción: Los factores psicosociales laborales son características de la organización, que afectan el bienestar las personas, forma como se adaptan a los entornos, manejo del estrés y cargas laborales. Las organizaciones deben tener elementos protectores reduzcan niveles exposición riesgo psicosocial. Así, este estudio busca conocer percepción tienen profesores una institución educación superior en Colombia frente 5 principales instrumento ENPROS1. Metodología: Se toma muestra aleatoria 50 profesores, tratamiento datos realizó con SPSS partir análisis componentes aplicó regresión matriz factoriales. Resultados: encontraron 10 4 dimensiones. Discusión: En quinta dimensión, sobre trabajo equipo ambiente psicosocial no encontró varianza, dado evaluación docentes fue para más 90 %, por tanto, realiza principales. Conclusiones: Una conclusión relevante es organización parece experimentar variaciones notables cómo dimensiones específicas correlacionan diferentes grupos, decir, percepciones protectores.

Background: The Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic profoundly impacted education, causing uncertainty and constant changes for teachers, including new teaching modalities, increased workloads, limited rest periods. Global studies have reported mental health issues such as anxiety depression among educators during after the pandemic, primarily in Asia, Europe, North America. However, these existing often show rather than considering school-based predictors that may contribute to increasing rates. Aims: Despite global findings, there are few investigations of impact COVID-19 on teachers Latin America Spain. To address notable regional research gaps, this study examined prevalence symptoms Method: An online survey collected data demographics, work-related characteristics, experiences, measures from 19 American countries Spain using a snowball sampling approach. sample comprised 2004 with 81.8% female participants mean age 44.46 years (SD = 9.8). Sharing one’s lived experiences as an educator is essential to improving skills and enhancing learning outcomes for students. Here, we present our personal teachers VU Block Model® First Year College at Victoria University. Mental health conditions among academic staff are a growing global concern, driven by factors such as heavy workloads, job insecurity, and lack of institutional support. Anxiety, one the most common mental problems, is particularly widespread in academia, affecting cognitive function productivity. In Ukraine, ongoing war has intensified these challenges, creating unprecedented working for staff. This study investigates prevalence anxiety Ukrainian academics during wartime. It explores impact on their desire to change careers perceived effectiveness cross-sectional surveyed 429 from higher education institutions between December 2023 February 2024.
