Background The global outbreak of COVID-19 has brought to light the profound impact that large-scale disease outbreaks can have on healthcare systems and dedicated professionals who serve within them. It becomes increasingly important explore strategies for retaining nurses physicians hospital settings during such challenging times. Healthcare workers serving during the COVID-19 pandemic may have been exposed to high work overload, which had an impact on their physical, mental, and social health. The aim of this study was assess risk factors associated with psychological distress among healthcare from January 2020 December 2022.A systematic review conducted based PRISMA statement. Construction workers are often subjected to strenuous manual labor, poor working conditions, and prolonged separation from family, leading psychological symptoms such as stress, depression, anxiety. These factors, combined with safety climate elements like risk perception attitude, significantly influence workers’ behaviors, including risk-taking, compliance, participation. To address these issues, this study investigates the interplay between symptoms, climate, behaviors among construction in Mainland China. Data were collected through a survey of 160 workers, results analyzed using correlation regression techniques. The findings reveal that: (1) risky behavior is primarily driven by anxiety perception; (2) participation influenced attitudes levels depression; (3) compliance affected perception, depression. Although previous research shows great interest in improving the sustainability of organizations' performance, little is known about individual sustainable especially for special groups such as tour guides. Drawing on Conservation Resources (COR) theory, this study aimed to investigate effect environmental dynamism caused by COVID-19 guides' performance and mediating role vitality intervention mechanism relationship. Adopting a quantitative method, we collected data from 382 professional guides China via three surveys.
