Good sleep quality is a well-known indicator of physical and mental health, well-being, overall vitality. This study aimed to verify the association between practice activity duration in adults older southern Brazil. A cross-sectional population-based was carried out with 820 individuals both sexes aged 18 years or more, where sociodemographic variables were collected also health-related variables. included 523 (63.8%) women 297 (36.2%) men, prevalence adequate hours 41.5% (95%CI: 39.1; 44.9). People who performed leisure walking 34% more likely present (PR: 1.34; 95%CI: 1.10; 1.64) compared those did not perform walking. Background Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common disorder that affects approximately 1 billion people worldwide. Advanced age significant risk factor.
