Aim: The purpose of this study was to evaluate treatment effects on sleep quality and fatigue in patients with RA.Besides, we aim examine possible disease activity, pain socio-demographic features fatigue.Material Methods: In study, 78 diagnosed RA according the American Rheumatism Association (ACR) 1987 revised criteria European League Against (EULAR) were compared a parallel healthy control group (n=48).All participants given sociodemographic questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Multidimensional Assessment Fatigue Scale (MAF), Visual Analog (VAS), Disease Activity Score 28 (DAS28).Results: mean duration diagnosis 9.10±8.54years score DAS28 3.25±1.04 RA.In terms total PSQI, differences between two groups found statistically significant (p=0.001;t=8.023).In MAF, (p=0.001;t=3.668).The disturbance daytime functioning scores as 1.86 ± 0.69, 1.40 0.83 respectively nonbiological DMARD 1.54±0.66;0.84±0.93 biological + non-biological group. There (p=0.043; t=2.054, p=0.008; t=2.730).According correlation analysis duration, positive has been (r = 0.297; p 0.008).Discussion: Patients generally experience more have worse than individuals.High activity can lead longer latency, reduced functionality, increased symptoms.

Abstract Objective Benefits of physical activity (PA) on sleep in people with axial SpondyloArthritis (axSpA) are largely unknown. Our aim is to explore the relationships between PA and both a group level an individual using Wearable Activity Trackers (WATs) machine learning. Methods A sample 64 axSpA participants received WAT monitor their sleep. Participants more than 30 days data duration were included analyses. Spearman’s correlation learning technique Subgroup Discovery used determine during three prior light deep duration. Results Number daily steps ( n = 64) was (median (first quartile (Q1) - third (Q3) )) 4026 (1915 6549), total (daily sleep) 7 h 29 min (6 41 8 min). Nearly 30% 18) eligible for inclusion analyses (> data). No significant obtained level. On level, 18 participants, p < 0.05) could be identified These differed from participant varying qualification (number steps, intensity PA) relevant time window (previous one, two or days). Conclusion Significant details participants. Accumulating evidence suggested the potential role of exercise in alleviating rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, whether improves physical function (walk test, grip strength, muscle joint assessments) and inflammatory biomarkers patients with RA is unclear. This umbrella meta-analysis aimed to examine effect RA. PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, Embase, Cochrane Central Library databases were systematically searched for meta-analyses randomized control trials (RCTs) retrieve relevant studies. The sizes pooled using a random-effects model, standardized or weighted mean differences (SMDs WMDs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) as summary statistics. Seventeen studies included. improving effects on fatigue levels (SMD = -0.28, CI: -0.44, -0.13), pain intensity (ES -0.50, -0.87, -0.14), disease activity score joints (DAS) (WMD -0.54, -0.99, -0.09; SMD -0.47, -0.64, -0.30), ESR -0.85, -1.66, -0.03) significant. No significant impact hand grip, walk was observed. Exercise significantly reduces fatigue, pain, DAS, but shows no joints, other biomarkers. highlights its symptom management rather than broad physiological changes.

Fatigue and musculoskeletal pain are also frequent in patients with psoriasis (PsO) without arthritis (PsA). The current study aimed to assess the impact of an intervention program based on aerobic training reduce fatigue PsO PsA. A total 118 male volunteered interventional were randomly allocated experimental (n = 59) or control group 59). consisted a 16-week treadmill, three sessions per week, consisting warm-up, 35-50 min treadmill exercise (increasing 5 min/4 weeks) at work intensity 50-65% peak heart-rate 5%/4 weeks), cooling-down. functional assessment chronic illness therapy scale (FACIT-Fatigue), health questionnaire disability index (HAQ-DI), visual analog (VAS) compared pre post intervention. Nutritional intake, maximal power, lipid profile, serum markers muscle damage, body composition assessed. When baseline, FACIT-Fatigue, HAQ-DI, VAS scores significantly improved increasing damage. Fat mass percentage, oxygen consumption improved. In conclusion, moderate was safe, well tolerated, effective psoriatic Long-term follow-up studies required examine whether these promising results may improve clinical outcomes.

Patients with pituitary tumors may experience persistent fatigue and reduced physical activity, based on subjective measures after treatment. These symptoms persist despite gross total resection of their biochemical normalization function. While quality life has been commonly acknowledged in tumor patients, there is a lack studies what interventions be best implemented to ameliorate these issues, particularly when hormonal levels have otherwise normalized. Aerobic exercise programs previously described chronic capacity across variety pathologies the literature. As such, prescribed aerobic program an underrecognized but potentially impactful intervention address patients. This review seeks summarize existing literature patients tumors. In addition, future areas study are discussed, including tailoring status patient incorporating more objective monitoring response interventions.
