Abstract
Background
The
growing
prevalence
of
non-communicable
chronic
diseases
poses
a
significant
public
health
challenge
globally,
particularly
impacting
the
well-being

populations.

study
aims
to
assess
impact
community-based
service
(PHS)
on
health-related
quality
life
(HRQoL)
among
middle-aged
and
older
adults
with
in
China.
Methods
Utilizing
data
from
China
Health
Retirement
Longitudinal
Study,
we
constructed
novel
scale
based
36-Item
Short
Form
Survey
(SF-36)
measure
HRQoL
patients
hypertension
and/or
type-2
diabetes.
