In today’s dynamic organizational landscape, characterized by rapid technological advancements and evolving workplace dynamics, understanding the factors influencing employee well-being is paramount. This study investigates interplay between ethical leadership, climate, role overload, job burnout in public healthcare organizations across northern Jordan. By focusing on overload as determinants of burnout, this research provides insights into strategies for enhancing well-being. Drawing leadership theory, social exchange demands–resources model, employs PLS-SEM to analyze data collected from 260 employees working Jordanian government hospitals. The findings reveal negative associations highlighting importance behaviors mitigating burnout. Additionally, a positive climate associated with lower levels underscoring impact broader context also explores mediating moderating effect relationship providing complex dynamics at play organizations. Abstract This study examines the sequential effects of perceived ethical leaders and strength social networks among healthcare professionals on workplace happiness its impacts quality provided care. This article investigates the link between corporate social responsibility (CSR) perceptions of employees and employee burnout, from a sustainable development point view, in healthcare system China.
