Dengan munculnya tekanan pekerjaan membuat pekerja merasakan adanya keseimbangan yang menyebabkan <em>Burnout</em> sehingga berujung <em>Intention to Quit</em> biasanya didukung dengan psikis dialami jika merasa bahwa sudah sanggup lagi untuk memenuhi tuntutan perusahaan. menggunakan <em>Psychological Distress </em>sebagai variabel mediasi, tujuan dari penelitian mengamati bagaimana pengaruh <em>Work-Life Balance </em>dan<em> Job Burnout </em>terhadap Quit. </em>Dengan metode kuantitatif data <em>cross-sectoional </em>yang diambil cara sampel <em>purposive</em><em>. </em>120 responden berpartisipasi merupakan karyawan Kelurahan Penjaringan dikumpulkan menyebarkan kuesioner elektronik. Analisis statistik deskriptif alat analisis SEM-SPSS 21 SEM-AMOS 24. Didapat kesimpulan menunjukkan <em>Work-life </em>tidak mempengaruhi negatif terhadap <em>Job Burnout</em>, </em>dapat positif Distress</em>, </em>memiliki Quit</em>, mempunyai </em>dapar dimediasi oleh Burnou</em><em>t </em><em>Burnout</em> dapat mempengarui antara Quit Distress</em><em>.</em></p>

After the COVID-19 crisis, a considerable contraction emerged in labor supply of hospitality industry. This investigation aims to identify some factors that justify intention behind an ex-worker tourism changing their occupation. In particular, we investigate if change is motivated by skill mismatches or willingness find more stable and rewarding jobs. Several datasets were combined obtain multilevel information on all unemployed from industry between September 2022 August 2023. A probit model was used estimate occupation, considering different personal, regional occupational characteristics. Our results demonstrate that, for overqualified individuals, occupation trying better conditions not mismatch per se. contrast, underqualified are significantly affected mismatch, which make them vulnerable. Generally, movers influenced odds having higher job stability wages (especially overtime premium) frequently younger educated individuals.
