The COVID-19 pandemic increased global anxiety, and many people shopped less frequently. This study quantifies customer preferences in where to shop while following social distancing regulations, specifically focusing on customers’ anxiety. Collecting data online from 450 UK participants, we measured trait queue awareness, safety preferences. Confirmatory factor analyses were used develop novel awareness preference variables new items. Path tested the hypothesised relationships between them. Queue anxiety positive predictors of preference, with partially mediating effect These results suggest that for shopping at one business not another may depend safe queueing waiting conditions, especially those more anxious about transmission. Interventions target highly aware customers are suggested. Limitations acknowledged areas future development outlined.

Online-to-offline food delivery (O2OFD) services have become popular worldwide, and consumers' O2OFD usage sedentary behavior increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, whether consumers will continue to use in post-pandemic era is uncertain, relationship between lifestyle poorly understood date. Therefore, this study aims investigate continued intention their subsequent behavior, as well explore roles of lifestyle. A research model based on unified theory acceptance technology 2 (UTAUT2), integrating network externalities including lifestyle, was proposed. two-stage online survey conducted China, with 409 eligible responses used data analysis. Food delivery industry has undergone a significant transformation with the rise of online platforms, appealing to tech-savvy Generation Z. Z was chosen as they are considered market future. This study examines factors influencing Z's use food in Tangerang, during post-COVID-19 period. Data from 150 respondents who used services past three months were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25. The found that perceived usefulness, trust, and time-saving benefits strongly influence intention delivery. They highly value practicality, reliability, efficiency these platforms. Transparent communication reliable crucial for retaining consumers, while highlighting advantages is essential meet their preferences. Surprisingly, like ease use, safety risk perception, COVID-19 severity, vulnerability, price-saving had insignificant influence.
