(1) Background: The majority of studies analyzing associations between burnout, gender, and perceived stress have utilized a cross-sectional design. This present longitudinal study investigated stress, gender compared during the pre-pandemic Coronavirus post-pandemic period among Lithuanian university coaches. (2) Methods: 214 coaches were randomly selected for study. Study participants completed two measurements: one second post-pandemic. (3) Results: Gender differences identified on all burnout elements but not stress. Repeated measures (RM) multivariate analysis variance (MANOVA) results did show significant effect interaction time. Objetivo. Analizar características del Síndrome burnout Académico cuatro docentes-médicos universitarios utilizaron un contexto postpandemia. Metodología. Investigación cualitativa, fenomenológica, interpretativa, se utilizó entrevista profundad a (2 varones 2 mujeres), permitió analizar reflexionar acerca experiencias los participantes les dejó el SBA después generada COVID-19 cómo realizaron afrontamiento. Las categorías fueron El trabajo llevó cabo tres fases: (a) descriptiva, ella organizó planificó proceso metodológico ético, (b) fase estructural, elaboraron guías entrevista, matriz organizar información, transcripción codificación información (c) discusión, confrontaron discrepantes semejantes contrastados con otros estudios. Hallazgos. La generó SBA, evidenciaron problemas emocionales, cognitivos, conductuales-psicosomáticos sociales. integral técnicas cognitivo-conductuales, mindfulness, relajación religión permitieron revertir efectos SBA.
