This study’s aim was an analysis regarding selected determinants of diet health quality in a group elite Polish female team sport players. Relationships were assessed between age, experience, personal resources and personality traits with regard to the Big Five model pro-Health (pHDI-10) non-Healthy (nHDI-14) Diet Indices. study conducted among 181 women (median age—25 years; experience—7 years) use Beliefs Eating Habits Questionnaire (KomPAN), Generalised Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), Multidimensional Health Locus Control (MHLC-B) NEO-PI-R inventory. Statistical carried out via Wilcoxon signed-rank test, Kruskal–Wallis’s ANOVA, Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient forward stepwise regression at significance level α = 0.05. Multivariate indicated that value Index positively explained by professional experience extraversion, while negatively openness experiences (12% pHDI-10 variance). Athlete psychology and nutrition play an important role in athlete success. These factors influence each other, so knowing athletes' levels is necessary. This study aimed to analyze the level of athletes. The research method used this a survey with ex post facto design. uses distribution questionnaires accordance instruments used. sample involved were athletes who participated 2023 Provincial Sports Week championship (PORPROV), total sampling technique involving as many 285 analysis descriptive quantitative determine mean standard deviation categorized into 5 levels. From results table above, psychological aspects showed good results. above show that nutritional adequacy sufficient. concludes need be improved, given importance these one improving achievement.
