Abstract The aim of this study is to classify scientific research on the impact ESG and climate-related risks conduct banking business. systematic literature review was based a bibliometric analysis articles found in Scopus Web Science databases. search confined materials published between 2000 August 2023. After applying criteria limiting search, final result 869 unique items which were later analysed towards establishing relationship (‘new risks’) with other (so-called ‘traditional’) identifying gaps at interface traditional new risks. This article introduces variety findings, including most productive authors, organisations, countries journals, cited keyword distribution. In addition, map evolution approach risk constructed basis review. identified 11 clusters influenced by 10 affected risk.

The aim article is to analyse existing scientific research related cities, identify technological trends, highlight prospective directions for future studies field. involves literature review based on analysis articles from Scopus Web Science databases evaluate concerning findings suggest that should focus development grids, storage, integration renewable sources, as well innovative technologies (e.g., Internet Things, 5G/6G, artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital twins). This emphasises can enhance efficiency contributing their recommended practical policy grids cornerstone adaptive underpinned by regulations encouraging collaboration between operators consumers. Municipal policies prioritise adoption advanced technologies, such IoT, AI, twins, storage systems, improve forecasting resource efficiency. Investments zero-emission buildings, renewable-powered public transport, green infrastructure are essential enhancing reducing emissions. Furthermore, community engagement awareness campaigns form an integral part promoting practices aligned with broader objectives.
