Introdução: Os impactos do isolamento social na vida dos estudantes de medicina estão intimamente ligados com o desenvolvimento problemas atrelados à saúde mental, em que aumentaram os sintomas ansiedade, síndrome pânico e depressão. São inegáveis pontos negativos a pandemia trouxe desses Objetivos: Analisar principais psicológicos resultado das medidas distanciamento da COVID-19 nos acadêmicos curso medicina. Métodos: Trata-se uma revisão integrativa literatura. Principais resultados: O sintoma mais frequente foi ansiedade. Observou impacto negativo principalmente aumentando estresse Dos 07 artigos selecionados para pesquisa, dois (28,5%) realização um diagnóstico prévio transtorno pacientes moravam sozinhos solteiros. Dentre foram citados pelos autores esta pesquisa longo físico familiar, dificuldade se concentrar, desânimo, cansaço, alteração apetite sono. Conclusões: Com base resultados obtidos no presente estudo, houve diversos aspectos após surgimento pandemia, tais como ansiosos depressão, vez alunos possuem maior compreensão científica doenças público geral.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic presented unique and unprecedented challenges for international students, those studying at institutions of higher education outside their home countries, due to distinct circumstances vulnerabilities. This literature review examines the multifaceted mental health burdens they experienced highlights need targeted support interventions. Methods: A rigorous search across three databases (i.e., PubMed, PsycINFO, ERIC) yielded 50 empirical studies inclusion in this review. six-phase thematic analysis framework was employed identify synthesize key themes. Results: Seven prominent themes emerged: (1) academic professional disruptions; (2) navigating student status; (3) social isolation loneliness; (4) difficulties with living arrangements; (5) financial food insecurity; (6) concerns self loved ones; (7) experiences discrimination xenophobia. Conclusions: a range tolls that consequences took on it suggests interventions services address these challenges. It also identifies critical research gaps, such as longitudinal comparative analyses domestic students. implications inclusive policies supportive environments promote students’ well-being are discussed.

Abstract Using the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, we aimed to determine whether university students' loss and gain in resources during pandemic mediated relationships between COVID‐19 exposure/concern depression anxiety. The media portrayal of mental health is relevant in shaping the population's attitudes towards disorders. Student distress is diverse and manifests itself in a variety of ways. Driven by the constant pressure to meet academic personal expectations, many students experience deep sense insufficiency hopelessness. Anxiety depression are widespread often accompanied self-critical thoughts feelings worthlessness. Seeking temporary relief that exacerbates their long-term struggles, some resort self-harm as way manage emotional pain. This study employs an exploratory qualitative design with phenomenological approach deeply examine students' experiences suffering. Using semi-structured interviews, captures detailed narratives from 17 purposely selected students, providing rich understanding lived experiences. Adhering COREQ guidelines (Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Studies). The analysis identified four main themes: concept suffering, its causes, responses, coping strategies. Eleven sub-themes were identified, highlighting significant challenges face, including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, self-harm.
