Egzersizin ertelenmesi obezite, kalp damar hastalıkları, kronik hastalıklar ve mental rahatsızlıklar gibi ciddi sağlık sorunlarına yol açabilmektedir. Literatürde geliştirilen ölçekler iş erteleme, akademik karar vermeyi erteleme konulara odaklanmasına rağmen egzersizi ile ilgili sınırlı sayıda ölçme aracı olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kelly Walton tarafından Egzersiz Erteleme Ölçeğinin Türk kültüründe geçerliği güvenilirliğinin test edilmesidir. Üç aşamadan oluşan çalışmada Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi için 406 katılımcıya (Ortyaş=22±2.85); Doğrulayıcı 395 (Ortyaş=23.55±6.64) katılımcıya; değişmezliği 1114 (Ortyaş=32.92±11.30) ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama olarak Karar Vermeyi Eğilimi Ölçeği, Genel Ölçeği Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi kullanılmıştır. Horn’un paralel analizi sonuçları de tek faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğunu yapıyı %81.420 açıkladığını ortaya koymuştur. Ölçeğin ise 2/sd=4.07; RMSEA (90%CI) =.089 (.033-.13); NFI=.99; NNFI=,98; CFI=.99; SRMR=.017 yapı geçerliğinin sağlandığını göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte yapısal metrik değişmezlik (∆CFI≤.010; RMSEA≤.015; ∆SRMR≤.030) koşulların AVE CR değerleri (AVE>.841; CR>.856; CR>AVE) yakınsak geçerliğin Eş zaman bakılan tüm ilişkiler anlamlıdır (p=.000). Çalışmanın test-tekrar .94; iç güvenirliği .95 hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç kişilerin egzersiz davranışlarını koymak kullanılan bu aracının geçerli güvenilir ifade edilebilir.

<p>Academic procrastination is a prevalent issue among college students. This study aims to investigate the correlation between smartphone addiction, religiosity, and academic by considering mediating role of self-esteem self-regulated learning (SRL). The Procrastination Scale, Religiosity Muslim scale, Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version (SAS-SV), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSE), Academic Self-Regulated Learning (A-SRL) were administered 512 students (42,19% males 57,81% females; mean age=19,72, SD=1,36). hypotheses evaluated using Partial Least Squares (PLS) modeling. results revealed that self-esteem, SRL significantly correlated with procrastination. structural equation model mediated religiosity In terms addiction procrastination, only acted as mediator, while did not. findings are valuable for counselors educators, offering insights into connections knowledge can provide practical guidance preventing addressing issues in effectively.</p>
