This study delves into the relationship between food security, accessibility services, Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh. Methods: Drawing from a nationally representative cross-sectional survey, this research investigates how availability food, facilities, utilization services likelihood diseases within marginalized population. Using survey collated UNHCR 2020 Joint Multi-Sector Needs Assessment we deployed series multivariate logistic regression models examine proximity, disease, sociodemographic characteristics. Results: significantly decreased (OR = 0.65, 95% CI: 0.43, 0.98). Living far facilities increased 1.63, 1.03, 2.54). Conclusion: study's findings underscore urgent need for targeted interventions aimed at enhancing improving alleviate burden refugees. By identifying key social barriers access, equips policymakers with evidence-based strategies design that improve nutrition, delivery, management populations.

Migrants constitute a vulnerable segment of the population, particularly susceptible to various health challenges. Despite this, limited research has delved into comparative statuses migrants and non-migrants in rising elderly population. This study aims bridge this gap by exploring disparities between these two groups. Leveraging data from nationally representative, large-scale Longitudinal Ageing Study India (LASI) survey (n = 29002; 3103 25899 Non-migrants), focuses on four indicators: self-rated (SRH), depression, multimorbidity, functional limitations. The undertakes descriptive bivariate analyses for migrant non-migrant groups employs propensity score matching techniques fulfil its objectives. findings reveal that respective populations, prevalence poor-SRH was 24.04 % 16.29 %; depression 12.32 6.62 multimorbidity 26.78 15.71 %, limitation 28.35 23.13 %. uncovers 2.4 percentage point increase poor health, 1.0 rise notably, 4.2 elevation limitations among relative non-migrants.
