Background:
App-based

partner-based,

weekly
coaching.
Weekly
self-reports
rumination,
worry,
psychological
flexibility,
affective
control,
social
support,
acceptance,
were
obtained
over
10
weeks
intervention,
depression,
anxiety,
resilience
assessed
pre-
post-intervention
outcomes.
Results:
Significant
week-to-week
reductions
in
rumination
increases
flexibility
observed
interventions.
Only
attention-based
practice
led
temporal
only
control.
Mediation
analyses
with
slopes
variables
mediators
detected
no
significant
indirect
effects.
However,
exploratory
moderation
revealed
that
intervention-related
depressive
symptomatology
anxiety
vulnerability
predicted
acceptance
control
group,
worry
group.
Limitations

on
self-report
