Abstract: Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant and incurable disease, characterized by its aggressive nature high fatality rate. The most common type pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), which has poor prognosis mortality Current treatments for mainly encompass surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, combination regimens. However, despite efforts to improve prognosis, the 5-year survival rate remains very low. Therefore, it's urgent explore novel therapeutic approaches. With rapid development of strategies in recent years, new ideas have been provided treating cancer. This review expositions advancements nano drug delivery system, molecular drugs, photo-thermal treatment combined with nanotechnology It comprehensively analyzes prospects cancer, aiming at deeper understanding existing drugs approaches, promoting attempting enhance effect patients this disease. Commercial chemical sunscreens have a high content of synthetic ultraviolet (UV) actives that caused widespread damage to marine ecosystems and may adverse health effects in humans. In the present work, safer bio-based with lignin UV absorbers were developed address this issue. Partly demethylated otherwise altered kraft lignins, so-called CatLignins abundant phenolic hydroxyl auxochromes catechol units, outperformed regular lignins as sunscreen terms sun protection factor (UVB–SPF) UVA–UVB transmittance. Converting nanoparticles significantly enhanced performance. The best sunscreen, containing hardwood CatLignin, had transmittance only 0.5–3.8% over entire region compared 2.7–51.1% commercial SPF 15 sunscreen. Lignin-based are particularly suitable for dark-tinted cosmetics.
