Abstract Pathogenic microorganisms and cancer continue to be the most difficult problem in public health care incidence of diseases caused by such resistant strains cells are growing. Recent advances nanotechnology open up new possibilities for creating novel, exciting nanoparticles that safe human may used as smart antibacterial anticancer medicines. The novelty present study is extracellular green synthesis zinc oxide (ZnO NPs), gold (Au) NPs using cell filtrate endophytic fungus Fusarium chlamydosporum MW341592.1 isolated from healthy leaves Eucalyptus sideroxylon plant. Eco-friendly synthesized ZnO Au were screening their activity against select carcinomic lines some multidrug-resistant bacteria. characterized UV-Vis. spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), dynamic light scattering (DLS), transition electron microscopy (TEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDX). absorption spectra produced showed bands UV area at 320 nm, whereas region 530 nm. TEM revealed average sizes NPs, 19.3 nm 22.1 respectively, while shape both with spherical-like shape. Biological assay raising NP concentration lowers number HCT-116 colon CACO2 intestinal cells, well associated pathogens Escherichia coli Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Abstract The increasing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly technologies has recently led to the development of green bio-based synthesis methods a broad range nanoparticles (NPs). This is because these are non-toxic, biocompatible, cost-effective. Photosensitive (PSNPs) have gained popularity due their photo-responsive properties. PSNPs also been found be promising nanomaterials with applications in optoelectronics, photocatalysis, photovoltaics, bioimaging, drug delivery, cancer treatment. However, conventional raise concerns about environmental impact. To address challenges, researchers explored alternative approaches PSNPs. review comprehensively evaluates advantages limitations highlights unique properties various fields. It covers general concepts PSNPs, mechanism action, characterization techniques, challenges that not discussed detail previous studies. Moreover, this uniquely addresses potential solutions scaling up methods, an aspect often overlooked existing literature. By connecting fundamental research industrial-scale applications, offers comprehensive perspective on production emphasizing multiple Graphical
