Nanotechnology has emerged as an effective means of removing contaminants from water. Traditional techniques for producing nanoparticles, such physical methods (condensation and evaporation) chemical (oxidation reduction), have demonstrated high efficiency. However, these come with certain drawbacks, including the significant energy requirement use costly hazardous chemicals that may cause nanoparticles to adhere surfaces. To address limitations, researchers are actively developing alternative procedures cost-effective, environmentally safe, user-friendly. One promising approach involves biological synthesis, which utilizes plants or microorganisms reducing capping agents. This review discusses various nanoparticle a focus on synthesis using naturally occurring bioflocculants microorganisms. Bioflocculants offer several advantages, harmlessness, biodegradability, minimal secondary pollution. Furthermore, covers characterization synthesized their antimicrobial activity, cytotoxicity. Additionally, it explores utilization NPs in water purification dye removal processes.

Nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) is an important template for 1D nanomaterial synthesis. It used as etching nanopattern transfer in a variety of contexts, including nanostructured material synthesis, electrical sensors, optical photonic and electronic devices, photocatalysis, hardness anticorrosion improvement. In this review, we focus on various fabrication methods, pore geometry modification, recent advances AAO, well sensor applications linked to our environment, daily life, safety. Pore concerned with the composition, applied voltage mold, electrolyte type, temperature, anodizing time during AAOs adjusting their size profile. The can be divided into four types: direct current anodization (DCA), reverse pulse anodization, (PA), hybrid (HPA). Conventional are fabricated using DCA mild (MA) at relatively low temperature (−5~15 °C) reduce Joule heating effect. Moreover, issues costly high-purity long processing improved HPA diminish effect high temperatures 20–30 °C cheap low-purity (≤99%) aluminum. AAO-based sensors discussed here primarily sensors; performance both affected by sensing geometry. usually humidity or gas measurement has thin metal film surface electrode. On contrary, AAO well-known detecting substances kinds mechanisms: interference, photoluminescence, plasma resonance, surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). Especially SERS mechanisms, either solid support coating nanoparticles depositing content through nanopores form nanodots nanowires substances. High-performance will play crucial role living environments promote quality life future.
