Breast cancer (BC) has emerged as an extremely destructive malignancy, causing significant harm to female patients and society at large. Proteomic research holds great promise for early diagnosis treatment of diseases, the integration proteomics with genomics can offer valuable assistance in diagnosis, treatment, improved prognosis BC patients. In this study, we downloaded breast protein expression data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) combined construct a proteomic-based prognostic model BC. This consists nine proteins (HEREGULIN, IDO, PEA15, MERIT40_pS29, CIITA, AKT2, CD171 DVL3, CABL9). accuracy predicting survival was further validated through risk curve analysis, independent analysis. We confirmed impact differential these key on overall patients, their encoding genes using immunohistochemical staining. Enrichment analysis revealed functional associations primarily related PPAR signaling pathway, steroid hormone metabolism, chemokine DNA conformation changes, immunoglobulin production, complex high- low-risk groups. Immune infiltration immune cells between groups, providing theoretical basis subsequent immunotherapy. constructed study predict identified may serve biomarkers aid provide necessary exploration molecular mechanisms

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly prevalent malignancy and the third highest contributor to cancer-associated deaths globally. Research has increasingly demonstrated strong correlation between long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) incidence progression of HCC. Nonetheless, exact mechanism whereby function lncRNAs in HCC not been elucidated. This study explored pathological role LINC00294 HCC, as well modulatory involved. Based on "The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA)" database validation cell lines tissues, expression was discovered be upregulated tissues correlated with tumor grade prognosis patients Functionally, stimulated proliferation cells Warburg effect (aerobic glycolysis) enhance vivo. Mechanistically, METTL3/YTHDC1-mediated N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification underwent significant enrichment within shown its RNA stability. Moreover, promoted interaction YTHDC1 HK2 GLUT1 mRNA. Overall, our illustrates m6A modification-mediated epigenetic regulatory HK2and mRNA indicate potential biomarker panel for prognostic prediction treatment

Lymphoid cells play a critical role in the immune system, which includes three subgroups of T, B, and NK cells. Recognition complexity human genetics transcriptome lymphopoiesis has revolutionized our understanding regulatory potential RNA normal lymphoid malignancies. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are class molecules greater than 200 nucleotides length. LncRNAs have recently attracted much attention due to their roles various biological processes, including gene regulation, chromatin organization, cell cycle control. can also be used for differentiation fate, as expression patterns often specific particular types or developmental stages. Additionally, lncRNAs been implicated differentiation, such regulating T-cell B-cell development, linked immune-associated diseases leukemia lymphoma. The p53 is a crucial tumor suppressor and transcription factor that participates in apoptosis senescence. It can be activated upon DNA damage to regulate the expression of series genes. Previous studies have demonstrated some specific lncRNAs are part TP53 regulatory network. To enhance our understanding relationship between P53 cancers, we review localization, structure, function related mechanisms pathway or serve as transcriptional targets.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains a significant global health challenge with few effective treatment options. The dysregulation of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress responses has emerged as pivotal factor in HCC progression and therapy resistance. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play crucial role key epigenetic modifiers this process. Recent research explored how lncRNAs influence ER which turn affects activity HCC. We systematically analyze the current literature to highlight regulatory roles modulating vice versa Our scrutinization highlights dysregulated contribute various facets HCC, including apoptosis resistance, enhanced proliferation, invasion, metastasis, all driven by stress. Moreover, we delve into emerging paradigm lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA axis, elucidating it promising avenue for developing novel biomarkers paving way more personalized options Nevertheless, acknowledge challenges future directions translating these insights clinical practice. In conclusion, our review provides complex mechanisms governing modulation
