The copper transport (COPT/Ctr) family plays an important role in maintaining metal homeostasis organisms, and many species rely on Ctrs to achieve transmembrane via (Cu) uptake. At present, the Ctr is widely studied plants. However, there are few reports use of edible mushrooms. In this study, Pleurotus ostreatus CCMSSC00389 strain was used as research object, addition exogenous ions (Cu2+) increased temperature tolerance mycelia, maintained integrity cell membranes, mycelial density. addition, four PoCtr genes were further identified subjected bioinformatics analysis. Further revealed that differences expression patterns under different stresses. biological function PoCtr4 explored by constructing transformed strains. results showed OE-PoCtr4 enhanced mycelia heat stress H2O2. After applying (40 °C), promoted recovery mycelia. Under mild (32 growth, membrane integrity, reduced degree damage caused stress. It speculated may maintain enhance resistance regulating Cu2+.
