Chronic kidney disease (CKD) causes specific hormonal disturbances, such as variations in leptin and testosterone levels function. These disturbances can promote errors signaling interaction cellular information processing be implicated the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. This study investigates factors that affect CKD patients examines how is related to markers vascular disease. We conducted a cross-sectional 162 with pre-dialysis dialysis stages. recorded clinical laboratory data, including leptin, testosterone, subclinical atherosclerosis like brachial–ankle pulse wave velocity (ba PWV) flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD) nitroglycerin-mediated (NMD) hemodialysis (HD) patients.
