ABSTRACT Recently, many studies focused on the billions of native bacteria found inside and all over human body, commonly known as microbiota, its interactions with eukaryotic host. One niches for such microbiota is gastrointestinal tract (GIT), which harbors hundreds to thousands bacterial species enteric bacteria. Changes in populations were linked various pathologies irritable bowel syndrome obesity. The gut microbiome could affect health status individuals. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are one extensively studied small‐sized noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) past decade explore their multiple roles disease. It was proven that miRNAs circulate almost body fluids tissues, showing signature patterns dysregulation associated pathologies. Both cellular circulating participate posttranscriptional regulation genes considered potential key regulators communication. This manuscript explores unique interplay between tract, emphasizing dual role shaping host‐microbiota dynamics. delves into molecular mechanisms by influence colonization host immune responses, linking these findings gut‐related diseases. review highlights innovative therapeutic diagnostic opportunities, offering insights targeted treatments dysbiosis‐associated

Since its initial documentation by Knud Krabbe in 1916, numerous studies have scrutinized the characteristics of disease (KD) until identification mutation GALC gene. In alignment with that, we investigated natural history KD spanning eight decades to gain a deeper understanding evolutionary trajectory mechanisms. Through our comprehensive analysis, unearthed additional novel elements molecular biology involving micropathological mechanism disease. This review offers an updated perspective on metabolic disorder that defines KD. Recently, extracellular vesicles (EVs), autophagy impairment, and α-synuclein emerged as pivotal players neuropathological processes. EVs might serve cellular avoid or alleviate detrimental impacts excessive toxic psychosine levels, extracting could contribute synapse dysfunction. Autophagy impairment was found be independent reliant AKT B-cell lymphoma 2. Additionally, has been recognized for inducing death dysfunction common biological pathways. Our objective is assess effectiveness advanced therapies addressing this particular condition. While hematopoietic stem cells primary treatment, administration proves challenging, particularly presymptomatic phase. review, compiled information from over 10 therapy trials, comparing them based their benefits disadvantage.

In breast cancer, Targeted Axillary Dissection (TAD) allows for the selective excision of sentinel lymph node (SLN) during primary tumor surgery. TAD consists resection labelled SLNs prior to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). Numerous clinical and preclinical studies have explored use carbon-based colloids SLN tattooing NACT. However, carbon vectors show varying degrees inflammatory reactions and, in about one fifth cases, particles migrate via lymphatic pathway other nodes, causing mismatch tattooed node. To overcome these limitations, this study, we melanin as a staining endogenous pigment. We synthesized characterized melanin-loaded polymeric nanoparticles (Mel-NPs) used them tattoo nodes pig animal models given similarity size human nodes. Mel-NPs showed high identification rates, reaching 83.3% positive 16 weeks after tattooing. did not observe any reduction time increased, implying that colloid is stable tissue. addition, performed histological ultrastructural characterize biological behavior tag. observed foreign-body-like granulomatous responses associated with Mel-NPs, by formation multinucleated giant cells. electron microscopy uptake mainly macrophages, macrophages undergo cellular damage particle uptake.
