The insertion torque value (ITV) measured on day quotient (ISQ) 1 month post-surgery, 2–3 months implantation were analyzed. Results: Both implants had significantly increased ISQs over time, did not differ between at any time point. showed higher in D2 than D3 bone, mandible maxilla all points. diameters >4.0 mm initial ISQs. a significant correlation ITV ISQ (r 0.349, p < 0.01) but later For implants, no was confirmed At follow-up, still providing functional service. Conclusions: SA treatment high level year, difference observed are considered clinically reliable products.

ABSTRACT Background Dental implant materials, designs as well general concepts for surgical techniques have evolved during the last decades. It has been validated that primary stability followed by bone apposition around implants is crucial survival most failures occur first year. However, new materials and different micro macro improved in more challenging clinical conditions. Therefore, research with large patient groups needed to investigate effects of protocols aim improve early outcomes. Purpose The purpose study use dental designs, related complications failures. Materials Methods All patients who had received surgery 2007 2017 at three specialist centers Sweden were identified using charge codes. Data retrieved from a record system digital analog registries on surgeries. Information anamnestic data, status, techniques, year was compiled analyzed. Descriptive statistics used comparison time cohorts. data statistically analyzed multivariable logistic regression model significance level p < 0.05 dependent variables. Abstract Objectives The objective of this retrospective study was to investigate the impact bone-related factors such as initial bone height (IBH), imaginary pixel unit (IPU), diameter (BD), crestal cortical thickness (CCT), and sinus floor (SFT) in transalveolar lift procedures using threaded expanders without graft materials. Materials methods This cohort carried out on patients who had reported department oral maxillofacial surgery at Tishreen University between January 2018 June 2024. sample consisted motorized with simultaneous hybrid dental implants placement factors, including were analyzed CBCT scans that taken preoperatively. Statistical analysis performed assess relationship insertion torque implant. statistical includes descriptive statistics for all variables mentioned. A Uni-variate linear regression (Spearman’s correlation) multivariate relation Insertion explanatory variables. p values < 0.05 considered be statistically significant. Newey West correction heteroskedasticity applied. Results In study, 124 (cylindrical coronal section conical apical section) placed 113 (53 males 60 females) posterior region maxilla conjunction lift. analysis, we observed a strong positive correlation IT IPU, weak SFT, CCT. There no found IBH, well BD. Through IPU CCT associated higher IT, whereas BD, SFT not significantly value torque. Conclusions Our indicates that, within its limitations, are primarily influenced by unit, while thickness, height, do affect these values.

Methods: Bone Level Tapered Straumann were placed side-by-side with both OD subtractive (SD) in 90 patients from CESPU—Famalicão clinical unit. IT measured using manual torque wrench, Implant quotient (ISQ) value registered Osstell® IDX. Results: According multifactorial ANOVA, there statistically significant differences mean values due arch only (F(1.270) = 4.702, p-value 0.031 < 0.05). Regarding length implant, group (p 0.041), significantly lower for Regular compared Long. With respect arch, analyses overall ISQ showed an upward trend groups maxilla mandible.
