Vaname shrimp is an essential commodity in brackish water aquaculture and has high economic value. Infectious diseases are caused by bacteria of the genus Vibrio, one which Vibrio parahaemolyticus, hinder development farming. The increasing bacterial resistance aggravates situation. To overcome this problem, research into natural materials with new antibacterial activity needed. Macroalgae suitable as a habitat for microorganisms, they contain various organic substances that serve nutrients growth colonies or other microbes such fungi. Therefore, study aims to examine endophytic fungi symbiosis Caulerpa racemosa against V. parahaemolyticus. C. from Karimun Jawa Island was isolated PDA incubated seven days. After purification, five isolates showed using agar overlay method, four isolates: C.1.BM, C.4.B, C.7.TM, C.8.T, best activity. result C.1.BM C.8.T belong species Aspergillus fumigatus, isolate C.4.B oryzae, C.7.TM Trichoderma reesei. results indicate potential be used prevent disease problems aquaculture.

Abstract This study evaluated the effects of Exiguobacterium aurantiacum SA100 on wheat ( Triticum aestivum ) growth under varying levels salinity stress. Results indicated that significantly enhanced seed germination, root and shoot length, fresh dry biomass across levels, particularly at 50 100 mM NaCl. Inoculation improved antioxidant enzyme activities (CAT, APX, POD, PPO), increased total phenolic content, reduced oxidative damage by lowering MDA H 2 O 150 salinity. Ionic balance was maintained, with significant increases in K + , Mg ++ Ca a reduction Na accumulation. Gene expression analysis revealed upregulation salt‐tolerance genes NAC7 NHX1 SOS1 downregulation stress‐responsive GS1 DREB2 DHN13 WRKY32 ). Principal component confirmed promotes tolerance modulating both biochemical molecular responses. These findings suggest E. as promising bioinoculant for enhancing resilience

Endophytic fungi are present in every plant, and crops no exception. There more than 50,000 edible plant species on the planet, but only 15 provide 90 percent of global energy intake, “the big four”—wheat, rice, maize potato—are staples for about 5 billion people. Not do four staple contribute to food security, endophytic within their tissues complex ecosystems that have been under scrutiny. This review presents an outline secondary metabolites crops: wheat, potato. A total 292 were identified from major crops, with wheat having highest number 157 fungi. Potato had metabolites, totaling 204 compounds, compared 23 other three containing Some compounds those specific structural pharmacological activities, which may be beneficial agrochemistry medicinal chemistry.

Trichoderma species are widely acknowledged as growth-promoting fungi that have been utilized to enhance the growth and yield of numerous crops. This research examined capacity 30 strains, isolated from two organic rice fields in West Java, Indonesia, germination, growth, physiological characteristics plants (Oryza sativa L.). In general, strain TM10 demonstrated greatest ability increase seed germination (97.25 %), vigor index (3122.83), speed (59.91 seeds/day). also increased seedling root length height by 101.62 % 112.20 %, respectively. Plants treated with exhibited a notable improvement length, plant height, fresh weight, dry weight compared control plants, demonstrating increases 188.68 69.90 157.41 159.38 Furthermore, total chlorophyll content stomatal number TM10-treated increments 75.23 75.53 Five selected isolates (TM7, TM10, SB2, SB8, SB14) were evaluated for their potential produce compounds, including phosphatase enzyme (ranging 0.54 11.14 µg pNP g−1h−1), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) 28.96 63.91 µg/mL), ammonia 1.96 5.79 hydrogen cyanide (HCN) 221.76 274.82 ppm).
