The platform economy has emerged as a transformative force in various industries, reshaping consumer behavior and the way businesses operate digital age. Understanding factors that influence adoption of these platforms is essential for their continued development widespread use. This study examines determinants economic Tunisia by extending widely used unified theory acceptance use technology 2 (UTAUT2) model with privacy calculus model. By applying partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, research provides significant insight. results highlight critical such performance expectancy, habit formation, trust technology, perceived risk, concerns, price value on users’ behavioral intentions actual usage platforms. These findings provide deeper understanding dynamics surrounding developing countries offer valuable insight stakeholders. leveraging this knowledge, stakeholders can foster an inclusive ecosystem, drive growth, create environment conducive to countries.

Purpose This paper aims to examine a range of factors that may influence the intention ultra-micro-SMEs in Indonesia choosing type microfinance facilities case getting better offerings. Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) has profoundly impacted banking services, particularly in the context of rapid technological advancements. The success sector depends on establishing customers’ intention to adopt AI. However, research AI adoption Mongolia’s remains limited, underscoring need understand consumer behavior and key factors. This paper seeks evaluate attitudes toward adopting services. To achieve this goal, we surveyed perceptions customers from selected banks, yielding 508 participants 487 valid responses for subsequent analysis. proposed model was assessed using a partial least squares approach technical acceptance model. Our findings indicate that banks involved study have already integrated various products. results demonstrate perceived usefulness, trust, significantly enhance AI-enabled Additionally, examines mediating effect banking, identifying ATT as variable between PEOU PU with INT.
