Abstract Blockchain technologies (BCT) are utilized in healthcare to facilitate a smart and secure transmission of patient data. BCT solutions, however, unable store data produced by IoT devices applications because these need quick consensus process, meticulous key management, enhanced eprivacy standards. In this work, eHealth framework SSEHCET (Smart Secure EHealth Framework using Cutting-edge Technologies) is proposed that leverages the potentials modern cutting-edge (IoT, 5G, mobile edge computing, BCT), which comprises six layers: 1) The sensing layer-WBAN consists medical sensors normally on or within bodies patients communicate smartphones. 2) layer elements near collect 3) Communication potential 5G technology transmit patients' between multiple layers efficiently. 4) storage cloud servers other powerful computers. 5) Security layer, uses securely. 6) community includes professionals institutions. For processing guarantee dependable, safe, private communication, Smart Agent (SA) program was duplicated all layers. SA protect privacy when outsourcing contribution substantiated through evaluation, encompassing security, ease use, user satisfaction, structure. Results from an in-depth case study with prominent provider underscore SSEHCET's exceptional performance, showcasing its pivotal role advancing usability, satisfaction paradigm landscapes.

In medical environments, a wireless body sensor network (WBSN) is used to operate remotely, and nodes are employed. It consists of installed on human monitor patient’s condition, such as heartbeat, temperature, blood sugar level, functionalized controlled by remote devices. A WBSN that actually sensors in nature operated with short range communication. These fixed limited computation power the main concern energy consumption path loss. this paper, we propose new protocol named energy-efficient distance- link-aware area (EEDLABA) clustering mechanism compare it current (LAEEBA) distance-aware relaying (DARE) routing protocols WBSN. The proposed an extended type LAEEBA DARE which positive features have been deployed. has presented deployed EEDLABA for better performance. To solve these issues DARE, overcome these. Path loss major concerns network. For purpose, distance models cluster head (CH) node, coordinator (C) other nodes, total nine body. results derived from MATLAB simulations performance suggested observed assessment DARE. From results, concluded can perform well considered situations WBSNs.

In recent years, eHealth systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT) have attracted considerable attention. The wireless body area network (WBAN) is an essential technology systems. A major challenge in WBAN design medium access control (MAC) protocol, which plays a significant role avoiding collisions, enhancing energy efficiency, maximizing life, and improving quality service (QoS) as well experience (QoE). this study, we apply mobile edge computing (MEC) architecture to system multi-channel MAC protocol for Markov decision process (MDP). channel condition reward value are considered. By continuously interacting with environment, optimal resource allocation strategy generated. Simulation results indicate that proposed can adaptively assign different channels sensor nodes data transmission, thereby reducing collision rate, decreasing consumption, utilization, throughput QoE.
