Motivated by the collaboration of a takeout platform and crowdsourced delivery platform, we developed stylized model to explore interplay between two platforms’ decisions. We captured cross-platform network effects complementary platforms, investigated how platforms shapes optimal prices, profits, social welfare. found that optimally adopts subsidy pricing strategy when its commission rate is relatively high. In addition, demand-side effect coefficient increases, raises shipping fee trigger larger supply drivers. Furthermore, introducing self-logistics service reduces intensity threshold. It also reshapes strategic two-sided increase benefit grows on one side. Specifically, as supply-side instead lowering price demand further drivers’ benefit, it under certain conditions. In this paper, we propose drone–rider joint mode with multi-distribution center collaboration for problems limited-service range, unreasonable distribution, high cost, tight time windows process. Pickup and delivery problem (PDP) dynamic vehicle routing (DVRP) are two key components of crowdsourced freight services. Although previous research has focused predominantly on static problems, this study formally defines the specific to presents a mixed-integer linear programming model based rolling-horizon framework. The objective is minimize total service costs, including fixed transportation penalty costs for delays, while planning routes that cover all orders. To solve combinatorial optimization problem, we propose an improved partheno genetic algorithm (IPGA) simulated annealing (SA). Numerical experiments demonstrate IPGA outperforms SA, reducing by over 10% average. In addition, real-world case illustrates practical applicability our algorithms, providing solid foundation implementation.

We propose a vehicle routing problem with time windows (VRPTW) compatibility-matching constraints and total completion as the objective function, applications in home healthcare scheduling. Mixed integer linear programming is provided minimization function. The solution approach has two objectives, (primary objective) distance (secondary objective). A heuristic proposed comprising three phases: initializing to find an initial feasible (inserting procedure modified K-means algorithm), swapping moving local optimal routing, shooting move away from optimum.
