Purpose The present study investigates the various aspects, consequences and obstacles linked to use of blockchain technology (BCT) within Iraq’s food supply chain (FSC). By identifying analyzing these components, this aims fill knowledge gap on BCT’s potential practical implications in context. Design/methodology/approach An exploratory qualitative approach was used, involving 21 in-depth interviews analyzed through thematic analysis using NVivo (v12). systematically examined BCT adoption’s drivers, impacts challenges Iraqi FSC Findings Nine key factors influencing adoption were identified categorized into three domains: technology, organization environment. also five major highlighted challenges, including interoperability issues, privacy concerns, infrastructure limitations a lack knowledge. Research limitations/implications study’s include early stage adoption, which restricted access organizations with extensive experience implementation. generalizability findings may be by research’s emphasis broad context rather than specific product categories. In addition, conducted online due budget constraints, potentially affecting depth responses. Many participating had either not fully implemented or only recently initiated pilot projects, could influence reliability their insights. Social offer guidance for improving transparency efficiency Iraq, leading better consumer trust enhanced security. Originality/value This provides pioneering FSC, topic that has been underexplored despite its significance. focusing research addresses technological, organizational environmental region facing unique like political instability, infrastructural deficiencies stresses. critical insights how can improve transparency, thus enhancing overall security economic resilience.

In the industrial sector, production processes are continuously evolving, but issues and delays in still commonplace. Complex problems often require input from managers or experts even though Industry 4.0 provides advanced technological solutions. Small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) normally rely more on expert opinion since they face difficulties implementing newest most technologies. This reliance human expertise can cause processes, ultimately, impacting efficiency profitability of enterprise. As SMEs mostly niche markets produce small batches, dynamics operations need for quick responses cannot be avoided. To address these issues, a decision support method dynamic planning (DSM DPP) was developed to optimize processes. involves use algorithms programming Matlab create module that solutions complex real-time. The aim this is combine not only technical also factors efficiently planning. It hardly noticeable other methods involvement such as skills operations, speed working, salary size. itself based real-time data so examples required I technologies sites described article-Industrial Internet Things, blockchains, sensors, etc. Each technology presented with usage requirement it. Moreover, confirm effectiveness method, tests were made real acquired metal processing company Lithuania. tested existing orders, found universal, making it adaptable different settings. study presents practical solution settings demonstrates potential DSM DPP improve while checking latest conducted through cloud systems, IoT, implementation could result significant improvements efficiency, leading increased profitability.

Abstract Academic credentials play an immensely significant role in the career of a person and progress society. The system place currently used for issuance, storage & sharing academic is quite inefficient its operations, due to being paper based large. There also widespread fraud committed every year terms credentials, ranging from diploma mills plain forgery. presents need total digital transformation this field, which ensures complete independent authenticity that could be proven fool-proof manner. Blockchain technology promises alleviate above identified problems by ensuring transparency verifiable proofs ownership using decentralized Public Key Cryptography (PKC) form Digital Signatures. This project implements proposed solution ECDSA algorithm (i) sign accreditation institute governing body, such as Ministry Education (MOE) (ii) issuing party (iii) issued learner claim iv) some body like MOE. can share signed credential with any third party, potential employer. then authenticate programmatically verifying signature proof corresponding without going through tedious channels.
